Well i just spent a few hours outside today, sanding my rims on my car. They look so much cleaner now. I sanded them, because when I get the car painted, I'm going to paint & polish the rims black.

BEFORE:

nice job, should done a little gunmetal on it. I was thinkin about paintin my old rims on my teg gunmetal i think it would of looked pretty dope.

what grit did you use?

14.9 @ 90.6mph [no top end] (haha had to make another excuse)

Im gonna get some Kumho's on the car more than likely real soon. Can you get gunmetal paint anywhere, cuz that could be pretty cool too.

well done...you can get some rattlecan gunmetal from wal mart or whatnot...

Just get some dupont paint or whatever from walmart, and do a few coats, don't rush it, let it dry real well, then maybe put a few layers of clearcoat over the gunmetal.
